Bookings are only confirmed once the $500 non refundable retainer is received. (retainer is taken of the package price) When we receive this booking request we will check our availability and you will receive a confirmation of your booking plus information of what will happen next by email.
Date availability!
There are several factors that determine my availability. In order to stay fresh, enthusiastic and creative I limit my wedding bookings to 25 a year. When my quota is reached the bookings are closed off.
Travel must also be considered. A 12 hr Saturday wedding in Melbourne might make a Friday wedding in Albury not practical. Once a wedding is booked in, priority is given to make sure I can do the best job I can for the client, hence the earlier you lock in your date in, the better chance of availablity for your prefered date.
